Welcome to Freight Wranglers Help

This guide covers every feature of the Freight Wranglers Transportation Management System. Use the sidebar to jump to any section, or read on for an overview.

Getting Started

Logging In

Navigate to the login page and enter your email address and password. If you don't have an account, click "Register" to create one. Your account will need to be confirmed before you can access the system.

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click "Log in"
  4. You'll be redirected to the home page

The main navigation is on the left sidebar. Sections are organized by function and collapse/expand when clicked. On mobile, tap the hamburger menu to open the sidebar.

  • Dispatch — Manage loads, dispatch board, driver schedules
  • Tracking — Real-time maps, tracking links, location history
  • Customers — Customer management, quotes, lane rates
  • Fleet — Fleet dashboard, drivers, equipment, maintenance
  • Compliance — Qualifications, drug testing, HOS, IFTA, safety
  • Accounting — Invoices, settlements, fuel advances, aging reports
  • Documents — Upload, manage, and view documents
  • Reports — Executive dashboards, performance metrics, analytics
  • Operations — Detention tracking, weather and route planning
  • Admin — Integrations, webhooks, EDI, system logs

The Top Bar

The top bar shows your name when logged in, along with quick links to your account settings, logout, and this help center. The Help link is always available, even when you're not logged in.

Getting Help on Any Page

Look for the small question-mark icon in the top-right corner of each page. Clicking it opens the relevant help section for that page in a new window.

Tip: You can keep this help center open in a separate browser tab while working in the app.
