Tracking
The Tracking section provides real-time visibility into driver and load locations using GPS data and interactive maps.
Live Map
The Live Map shows real-time positions of all active drivers on an interactive map.
How to use it
- Navigate to Tracking → Live Map
- View all active driver positions as markers on the map
- Click a marker to see driver name, current load, and last update time
- Use the filter controls to show specific drivers or load statuses
- Zoom and pan the map to focus on areas of interest

Tip: The map auto-refreshes. You do not need to manually reload the page to see updated positions.
Tracking Links
Create and manage SMS tracking links that allow external parties (customers, brokers) to track a load's progress without logging in.
How to use it
- Navigate to Tracking → Tracking Links
- Click Create Tracking Link
- Select the load to track
- Set an expiration time for the link
- Copy the link or send it via SMS/email

- Automatic expiration after delivery or time limit
Location History
Review historical GPS breadcrumb trails for any driver over any date range.
How to use it
- Navigate to Tracking → Location History
- Select a driver from the dropdown
- Choose a date range
- View the route traced on the map
