Fleet Dashboard
A high-level overview of your fleet's health, driver availability, and upcoming maintenance needs.
How to use it
- Navigate to Fleet → Dashboard
- Review the summary cards showing active/inactive equipment counts
- Check the driver availability section
- Review upcoming maintenance and expiring inspections

Drivers
Manage your driver roster with CDL tracking, emergency contacts, and performance history.
How to use it
- Navigate to Fleet → Drivers
- Browse the driver list or search by name
- Click + New Driver to add a driver
- Click a driver to view full details including compliance info
Creating a driver
- Click + New Driver
- Enter personal information and CDL details
- Add emergency contact information
- Set driver status (Active, On Leave, Terminated)
- Link the driver to their assigned equipment

Equipment
Track tractors, trailers, and other equipment with full lifecycle management.
How to use it
- Navigate to Fleet → Equipment

- Click + New Equipment to add a unit
- Click any unit to view details including maintenance history

Maintenance

How to use it

- Click + New Maintenance to create a work order
- Track progress from Scheduled through Completed
